What we did

The original Rheem 18 had started to fail, as these are all now approaching 12 + years old, its now best to replace them than repair them as parts are hard to source.
Cassel's Plumbing fitted a Rinnai in its spot with a few simple modifications.

We have now one happy client with hot water again.
